The HILTECH Advantage

HILTECH takes the confusion out of IT Managed Services, by explaining the process from start to finish.

HILTECH starts with providing a "FREE On-Site IT Assessment." This way, we can get an understanding of your IT environment and make any recommendations along the way.

Once HILTECH completes the On-Site assessment you will receive written recommendations for optimized implementation, a taylored "IT Managed Service Plan" for your business along with answers to any questions you have, expectations, and costs associated with getting started.

After everything is acceptable, a HILTECH IT Managed Service Contract will be presented to the your company for authorized signature, a scheduled time and day to come on site, and any up-front costs will be collected to start services.

On a typical scheduled day, HILTECH Engineers will come On-Site and do the following:
1.

Engineers will begin with installing the IT Management Distribution Server.

2.

Engineers will then begin to distribute IT Management Agents to each computer specified within the plan.

3.

Engineers will then scan all system assets to update the Distribution Server for patches that will need to be applied.

4.

Engineers will install Anti-Virus Agents using the Distribution Server (If plan specifies Anti-Virus).

5.

Engineers will configure the Distribution Server to update all systems with an agent to the schedule specified by the contract. If no schedule is specified, the person listed on the contract will be contacted by the On-Site Engineer for a conveinant time to install patches/updates.

6.

Engineers will verify that all systems specified within the contract have the agents installed and are on-line.

7.

Engineers will then install backup software or backup appliance and configure backup sets and rotations (If plan specifies Backup Continuity Option).

8.

Engineers will complete any other specified tasks required by the contract plan.
